(And still sports the original $5 Gringo Dollars pricetag after 40 years.) Due to popular demand, the joke book MEXICAN HUMOR 101 recently appeared, at the same attractive price and same sleazy attitude. More books are already schemed to follow and will be announced with appropriate fanfare and bombast as they do. .
